Whole Child Occupational Therapy
Hello, my name is Sarah Schoenbaum, and I’m an Occupational Therapist. My work supports your child’s mind, body and vital spirit as an integrated whole.
Initially, my work is to observe your child’s abilities to sense and interpret their surroundings, to move, to interact, and to connect with others. The therapeutic modalities in my toolbox can help provide a sense of safety and calm, improve mobility and restore natural nervous system functioning. With the gentle intervention that I provide, children progress and engage in healthy play and curiosity, become more connected to others, and develop intellectually, physically and socially.
P.S. I work with adults, too! See My Toolbox for my modalities
